Upholding the highest standards of scientific rigor, ethical conduct, and publication ethics (e.g., plagiarism, data fabrication).

Ensuring manuscripts adhere to the journal's specific scope, aims, and author guidelines.

Maintaining consistency in the journal's academic quality and reputation.


Strategic Guidance & Development:

Providing input on the journal's scope, direction, and long-term strategy.

Identifying emerging trends, hot topics, and potential gaps in the field of sustainable energy and environment.

Suggesting ideas for special issues, thematic sections, or invited reviews.


Promotion & Advocacy:

Promoting the journal within their professional networks and at relevant conferences.

Encouraging high-quality submissions from colleagues and peers.

Enhancing the journal's visibility and reputation in the academic community.

Helping to build and maintain relationships within the sustainability, energy, and environmental research communities.


Ethical Oversight:

Being vigilant about potential conflicts of interest (their own and others').

Assisting in handling ethical concerns or disputes related to submissions.
